For several years customers with BT circuits have been able to transfer them to a new service provider. Unfortunately customers with Cable and Wireless circuits (or cable operator connections) have been to transfer their lines in this way. For these, changing providers has meant installing completely new lines then 'porting' their DDI ranges to the new connection and possibly even upgrading their phone system. This process can be time consuming, expensive, cumbersome and obviously involves a risk to service during the change over.
In response to this demand we now offer a unique novation service. Cable and Wireless customers may often now transfer their circuits onto our tariffs and billing, without the need to install new circuits. We bill both for the lines and calls but the physical Cable and Wireless lines remain in place, so there is no disruption and no up front cost to change.
